Preferred suppliers are chosen, not listed

Our members can spend their reward points anywhere. Preferred suppliers are the businesses we exclusively select to offer them something extra, chosen to match where our members actually spend their money.

What being selected means

When you become a preferred supplier, we actively put you in front of our members:

  • Featured in our member communications
  • Listed on our promotions page, with a short blurb on what members get and how to redeem it
  • Announced across the programme when you join

In return, you offer members at least one genuine benefit over a walk-in customer. What that looks like is up to you, and terms stay simple and practical, along the lines of "10% off retail price, excludes already discounted items". Clear enough for members to understand, without pages of legal terms.

Ways suppliers give members an edge

Preferred pricing

Trade or wholesale rates, a fixed discount, package deals or free delivery. The most common and the easiest to explain.

Exclusive benefits

Something members get that the general public doesn't: an extended warranty, a bundled extra, a member-only product.

Special promotions

Time-limited offers we share with members through our communications and promotions page.

Priority service or access

Front of the queue for bookings, early access to sales, or first call on limited stock.

Invoicing and payment

When a member redeems with you, you invoice Above & Beyond directly, not the customer, with the invoice addressed to Above & Beyond. We turn payment around promptly on the terms we agree with you.

Depending on your systems, a redemption might run as a quote, then an approval, then a sales order invoiced to our account. However it works at your end, you're dealing with one established account rather than hundreds of individual buyers, and the goods or services go straight to the member.

Our members arrive holding reward points. They're not browsing, they're buying.
